Job summary

HSI in Australia is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Developer to design, develop, test, deploy and support enterprise-grade software applications across the full stack. You will contribute to the evolution of our technology platform and collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality software.

• Design, develop, test, deploy and support enterprise full-stack software applications.
• Develop scalable, secure and maintainable software solutions using modern engineering practices.
• Contribute to solution design and provide technical input for new features and enhancements.
• Translate business and product requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in implementation planning and technical estimation for development initiatives.
• Conduct peer code reviews and contribute to engineering standards and coding best practices.
• Support and mentor less experienced developers through knowledge sharing and collaboration.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Identify and resolve software defects, performance issues and technical challenges.
• Contribute to reducing technical debt and continuous platform improvement.
• Assist with investigation and resolution of production incidents.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including planning, refinement, reviews and retrospectives.
• Participate in the team's on‑call support roster.
• Promote secure coding practices, CI/CD automation and software quality.
