Westminster Coverforce Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior SME Broker to manage a portfolio of approximately 300 clients, with a Broker Assistant and Processor already in place. This is an opportunity to take ownership of an existing portfolio, build strong client relationships and use your broking expertise to retain and develop business.

You will report to the Divisional Manager – SME & Personal Lines, handling renewals, negotiating with insurers, and providing tailored cover options.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' insurance industry experience, including two years in a similar role.
• Excellent SME insurance product knowledge.
• Strong client relationships and negotiation skills.
• The organisation and judgement to manage a busy portfolio and coordinate support staff.
• A flair for new business development will be highly regarded.

Responsabilités

• Manage an SME portfolio and provide advice tailored to clients’ businesses and insurance needs.
• Oversee renewals, negotiate with insurers and present suitable cover options.
• Maintain regular client contact and assist with claims and enquiries.
• Identify opportunities for new business, referrals and additional cover.
• Work closely with your Broker Assistant and Processor to deliver timely, accurate service.
• Maintaining client records and meeting compliance and professional development requirements.
