Anduril Australia is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to design and evolve secure, scalable software delivery toolchains for autonomous systems. You will architect and implement across cloud, OS, orchestration, and application layers, guiding a multidisciplinary team.

You will mentor engineers, drive reliability, and ensure security across deployments while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-impact capabilities in challenging environments.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a senior role for the delivery of a software and/or hardware system with mature software delivery, security and operations capability.
• Experience with design, implementation and operation of horizontally scaled cloud technologies.
• Experience troubleshooting and analyzing remotely deployed software systems.
• Capacity to own software service delivery including requirements, roadmap, and team coordination.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and grow team cohesion.

Mansioni

• Lead design, development, implementation and support of next-gen software delivery toolchains for rapid, secure capability delivery.
• Manage ICT infrastructure across cloud providers (AWS, Azure) and VMWare ESXi.
• Oversee OS layers (NixOS, Ubuntu, Red Hat, Windows) in production.
• Handle orchestration layers (OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform).
• Support application layer tooling (Github Enterprise, CircleCI, proprietary apps).
• Contribute to Nix-based build/deploy systems and hardware management.
• Advocate for best-practice security within the toolchain.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
