Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Program Manager in Australia to lead end-to-end delivery of autonomous systems programs. You will run schedules, manage integrated teams, coordinate tests, and resolve cross‑team dependencies to ensure on-time milestones.

Qualifications

• Strong technical understanding of designs, SDLC, risks and challenges.
• Experience applying Agile and/or Waterfall methods where appropriate.
• Ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day schedules and engineering management of an integrated project team.
• Plan, coordinate and execute test events involving software and hardware.
• Own broad, sometimes ambiguous requirements to deliver successful outcomes across multiple programs.
• Identify and escalate cross-team dependencies to maintain progress.
• Remove obstacles and improve communication, schedule, and prioritization.
• Partner with engineering leadership to drive program execution and team velocity.
• Manage cross-team projects spanning multiple functional groups and initiatives.
• Define processes for communicating program status across the organization.
• Understand architectural issues and propose technical alternatives when needed.
