Job summary

Cadence & Co Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead site operations on high-end residential projects across the Southern Highlands, including Bowral. You will work with the Construction Manager and wider team to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to Cadence & Co's exacting standards.

The role requires strong leadership, a hands-on approach on site, and the ability to coordinate carpenters, apprentices, subcontractors, and suppliers with a focus on quality

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Manager in high-end residential construction.
Proven ability to lead teams of trades and subcontractors.
Strong understanding of construction documentation and programs.
Commitment to safety and site organisation.

Responsibilities

Lead site operations across residential projects and collaborate with the Construction Manager.
Oversee Leading Hands, Carpenters, Apprentices, subcontractors and suppliers to deliver on schedule.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to Cadence & Co's standards.
Coordinate with Bowral and Sydney teams to ensure seamless delivery.
