Job summary

Cadence & Co Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead site operations on high-end residential projects across the Southern Highlands, including Bowral. You will work with the Construction Manager and wider team to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to Cadence & Co's exacting standards.

The role requires strong leadership, a hands-on approach on site, and the ability to coordinate carpenters, apprentices, subcontractors, and suppliers with a focus on quality

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Manager in high-end residential construction.
• Proven ability to lead teams of trades and subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of construction documentation and programs.
• Commitment to safety and site organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead site operations across residential projects and collaborate with the Construction Manager.
• Oversee Leading Hands, Carpenters, Apprentices, subcontractors and suppliers to deliver on schedule.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to Cadence & Co's standards.
• Coordinate with Bowral and Sydney teams to ensure seamless delivery.

About the Role

As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for leading site operations across our residential projects, working closely with the Construction Manager and wider construction team. You will oversee Leading Hands, Carpenters, Apprentices, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to Cadence & Co's exceptional standards.

You will collaborate with both our Bowral and Sydney teams as required, maintaining strong communication and ensuring a seamless project delivery experience for our clients.

About You

• Experience as a Site Manager, ideally within high-end residential construction
• Strong capabilities across both structural and fit-out stages of construction
• A natural leader who can mentor and develop team members
• Ability to confidently manage site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and project schedules
• Strong understanding of construction documentation and programs
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and organised site
• Hands-on approach and willingness to assist on the tools when required
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Manager
• Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• White Card (General Construction Induction Card)
