Job summary

CGC Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a modern new build home in Dover Heights, Sydney. You’ll drive day-to-day site delivery from start through to completion with hands-on management on a coastal residential site.

The role requires a trade background, a current NSW Builders Licence, and a proven track record delivering high-quality projects. Monday to Friday with a premium Eastern Suburbs location and a salary of AU$160,000–$180,000 plus super.

Qualifications

• A trade background and hands-on understanding of residential construction.
• Current NSW Builders Licence.
• Proven experience delivering high-quality new build residential projects.
• Strong subcontractor management and ability to hold trades to program and standard.
• Good eye for detail and commitment to quality finishes.
• Solid communication and organisational skills.
• White Card and site safety tickets.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site delivery from start to completion.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and trades to keep the program on track.
• Oversee quality control and ensure work meets plans and Australian Standards.
• Manage site safety and WHS compliance.
• Keep Project Manager and client up to date on progress, program and issues.
• Manage deliveries, materials and site logistics on a coastal residential site.
• Run inspections and certifier sign-offs, and handle defects through to handover.
