Qualifications

• Extensive Site Management experience within Tier 1 or Tier 2 commercial construction.
• Experience leading large site teams and complex subcontractor packages.
• Strong knowledge of structures, services, finishes and construction sequencing.
• Strong programming and site coordination capability.
• A trade background, ideally in carpentry, will be highly regarded.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive approach to safety, quality and problem-solving.

The Opportunity

ROUSSOS Recruitment is partnering with a highly regarded national commercial builder to appoint an experienced Senior Site Manager for a significant $50M project in Adelaide.

With a long-standing presence in the South Australian market, this contractor has established a strong reputation for delivering complex projects across commercial, education, health, defence and institutional sectors.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a substantial project while joining a builder with the systems, resources and experienced leadership team required to deliver at this level.

The Role

As Senior Site Manager, you will take overall responsibility for site delivery, leading the project team and subcontractors to achieve programme, safety and quality outcomes.
