Job summary

ROUSSOS Recruitment in Adelaide, SA, AU is seeking a hands-on Site Supervisor for a growing commercial builder delivering high-end bespoke fitouts. You will coordinate day-to-day activities, work with the Project Manager, and help maintain safety, quality and programme on site.

Ideal candidates will have site supervisor experience in commercial construction or fitout, a strong trade background ( Carpentry ), and proven ability to coordinate subcontractors and trades to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Site Supervisor experience within commercial construction, fitout or refurbishment.
• Strong trade background, ideally Carpentry.
• Exposure to high-end or detail-focused projects.
• Strong subcontractor and trade coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervising day-to-day site activities across high-end commercial fitout projects
• Coordinating subcontractors, trades, suppliers and site logistics
• Managing construction sequencing and supporting project programmes
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship, finishes and site presentation
• Conducting quality inspections and managing defects through to completion
• Ensuring WHS requirements and site procedures are maintained
• Liaising closely with Project Managers, subcontractors and project stakeholders
• Proactively resolving site issues to maintain programme
• Supporting projects through commissioning, handover and close-out

ROUSSOS Recruitment is partnering with a growing Adelaide commercial builder specialising in the delivery of high-end, bespoke fitout projects valued up to $10M.

With a strong focus on quality, craftsmanship and attention to detail, the business has established itself across the Adelaide market by delivering tailored commercial spaces where the finish and overall client experience are just as important as programme.

As the project pipeline continues to grow, an opportunity is available for a Site Supervisor to join the team and take an active role in delivering upcoming projects.

This would suit someone who enjoys the detail and fast-paced nature of fitout, wants greater responsibility on site and is looking to establish themselves with a builder where they can continue developing their career.

The Role

As Site Supervisor, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day coordination of site activities, working closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
