Our client, a well-established South Australian builder, seeks an experienced Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day site operations across a mix of residential developments and commercial fit-out projects in Adelaide.

You will work closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, and clients to deliver projects on schedule, safely, and to high-quality standards. This role demands strong coordination, communication, and a proactive approach to site management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor within residential construction, commercial fit-out projects, or both.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building regulations, and safety requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple trades and maintain project momentum.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and supervising subcontractors on site.
• Managing project programmes and ensuring key milestones are achieved.

Your new role As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations across a mix of residential developments and commercial fit-out projects. Working closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, and clients, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to a high standard of quality.
