Job summary

GR Engineering Services Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Site Administrator / Site Administrator to join our on-site construction team across Western Australia, supporting the Construction Manager and site teams with high-level administrative tasks.

You will coordinate flights, rosters, timesheets, meetings, and logistics for a FIFO/DIDO workforce, using Microsoft Office and INX software where applicable, while ensuring accurate records and smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• FIFO administration experience in mining, construction or a project environment.
• Advanced level Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate commercial and land transport logistics for FIFO/DIDO workforce.
• Create, update and manage rosters, flight changes and leave requests.
• Submit weekly timesheets for trades and staff.
• Manage diaries and take formal meeting minutes.
• Support site teams with admin tasks and reporting.
• Maintain office stationery and site hygiene supply stock.
