Job summary

Lendlease is seeking a Senior Services Manager to join the SA team and lead the delivery of a long-term project in Adelaide. You will manage the complex building services packages (mechanical, electrical, fire, hydraulic), coordinate design and commissioning, and ensure quality and safety across the project.

You will also drive interface coordination between services and building elements, oversee procurement, and manage multiple stakeholder groups to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Construction Management.
• Experience on large scale commercial construction projects with complex building services packages.
• Government Security clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Experience on Healthcare, Defence, Commercial or Government projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage services design development and construction works within time, cost, quality and safety requirements.
• Oversee interface between services and building elements including design, coordination, installation and commissioning.
• Lead services procurement function.
• Coordinate with the overall project finalisation and commissioning plans.
• Manage programme and productivity for all services trades.
• Liaise with Authorities for timely service connections.
