Job summary

Lendlease is seeking a Site Supervisor in Adelaide to lead daily site activities and coordinate subcontractors on a major projects portfolio. You will ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence while supporting program development and on-site documentation.

The role demands strong communication, a trade qualification, and 5+ years in construction with the ability to obtain a Government Security Clearance. A collaborative, fast-paced environment awaits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a construction or site-based role.
• Trade qualification or Certificate III/IV in Building and Construction or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain Government Security Clearance.
• Strong WHS knowledge and site safety practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with construction software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily site activities and subcontractor management.
• Monitor safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Support project plans, schedules, and site documentation.
• Conduct site inspections and report progress.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly to maintain workflow.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities and materials.
