Job summary

Lendlease is seeking a highly capable Project Manager to lead complex projects from concept through design and construction in Sydney. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, ensure safety and sustainability compliance, and drive stakeholder engagement to deliver outcomes aligned with client expectations.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in project management within construction, design, or property development.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Proven ability to manage complex design and construction programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery across all phases: design, construction, and finalisation.
• Develop and manage the Design Management Plan and design objectives.
• Coordinate consultant engagement, scope definition, and fee administration.
• Oversee design programs, production schedules, and ensure alignment with construction timelines.
• Drive EHS compliance and sustainability targets.
• Manage risk assessments, technical reviews, and quality assurance processes.
• Lead procurement strategy and support bid conversion and contract finalisation.
• Maintain strong client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
