Job summary

Synechron seeks a Senior ServiceNow Specialist / Platform Lead to drive architecture, governance and delivery across complex enterprise environments in Melbourne. You will own solution design, perform hands-on configuration and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Proven senior-level ServiceNow administration and development capability in complex enterprise environments.

• Ownership across solution design, development, integration, release and support.
• Sound governance, security and upgrade-safe configuration.
• Ability to work independently and communicate technical trade-offs at leadership level.
• Financial-services or regulated-industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain documentation, runbooks and knowledge-transfer plans.
• Mentor the offshore specialists and act as Latitude’s single point of accountability.
• Lead initiatives such as Software Asset Management from discovery through implementation and stabilisation.
