Synechron is seeking a Sr. Frontend Fullstack Developer to join our Sydney team. You will work across frontend and backend stacks, crafting scalable, high-performance services and UI components in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes Java-based backend with Spring Boot, REST APIs, distributed systems design, and cloud-native practices on AWS. Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes and CI/CD is preferred, as is Agile experience and secure coding practices.

Qualificações

• Strong hands-on experience in Core Java, Java 8+, Spring Boot, Microservices and REST API development.
• Expertise in backend development, application design, distributed systems and performance optimisation.
• Strong experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, data modelling and query optimisation.
• Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Experience with cloud platforms AWS, CI/CD pipelines, Docker and Kubernetes is desirable.
• Strong understanding of system design, design patterns, secure coding practices and automated testing.
• Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams.

Job Description:
