The Senior Platform Designer leads the design of intuitive, user-focused experiences on the ServiceNow platform across major programs. The role runs from discovery to delivery, partner with Product Owners and developers, mentors junior designers, and helps build design capability within the team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading human-centred design across complex enterprise or SaaS projects.
• Ability turning research into practical design solutions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across technical and business teams.
• Hands-on workshops, research, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Experience mentoring designers and building design capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead user-centred design initiatives across ServiceNow programs with PO and developers.
• Drive end-to-end design lifecycle from discovery to prototyping and delivery.
• Facilitate workshops and translate research into practical design solutions.
• Produce accessible, scalable artefacts promoting consistency across the platform.
• Mentor junior designers and grow design excellence within the team.
