ALOIS Australia seeks a Senior ServiceNow Platform Architect to lead enterprise platform architecture, governance, application development, and digital workflow transformation across the organization in Australia.

You will define architecture standards and roadmaps, and design solutions using ServiceNow App Engine, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub; architect Employee Center, Service Portal, and custom portals; and design secure integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and event-driven

Qualifications

Enterprise ServiceNow architecture and roadmaps experience.
Design and implement using App Engine, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub.
Architect Employee Center, Service Portal, Agent Workspace, Configurable Workspace.

Responsibilities

Define enterprise ServiceNow architecture, governance standards, and platform roadmaps.
Design and implement solutions using ServiceNow App Engine, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
Architect Employee Center, Service Portal, Agent Workspace, Configurable Workspace and custom portals.
Design secure enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and event-driven architectures.
Lead solution design reviews, technical workshops, and architecture decisions.
Mentor technical teams and drive upgrade-safe development.
