- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience.
- Experienced with ITSM modules like ITSM or WSD and ITIL practices.
Responsibilities
- Maintain stability, security, performance and usability of the ServiceNow platform across environments.
- Design, develop, configure and maintain ServiceNow apps, services and solutions.
- Provide ongoing platform support and incident resolution; troubleshoot and remediate.
- Plan and support upgrades, releases and changes including testing and deployment.
- Collaborate with team and stakeholders to deliver reliable, sustainable solutions.
