Job summary

Victoria Police is seeking an experienced Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Senior Developer/Administrator to contribute to the ongoing development, enhancement and support of the ServiceNow platform. The role focuses on hands-on development, configuration and integration, translating business needs into robust solutions that are designed, tested and implemented.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stability, security, performance and usability of the ServiceNow platform across environments.
• Design, develop, configure and maintain ServiceNow apps, services and solutions.
• Provide ongoing platform support and incident resolution, including troubleshooting and remediation.
• Plan, execute and support platform upgrades and changes, including testing and deployment.
• Support end-to-end development lifecycle with stakeholders to deliver reliable, sustainable solutions.
