Job summary

Versent is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Engineer to design, develop and deliver ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD and SecOps. The role requires hands-on development, strong integrations experience, and a solid ITIL foundation to drive improvements and automation.

You will work in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders and architects to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

Job description

As a Senior ServiceNow Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering ServiceNow solutions that enable clients to improve service management, automate workflows, and optimise business operations.

This role requires candidates who currently hold Australian security clearance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow solutions across modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps)
• Configure workflows, UI policies, business rules, and integrations
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Lead technical delivery and support end-to-end implementations
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and development standards
