Job summary

Versent is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Engineer to design, develop, and deliver ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and SecOps. The role requires Australian security clearance and involves leading end-to-end technical delivery and support.

The ideal candidate has hands-on ServiceNow development, integrations experience, ITIL knowledge, and the ability to work in Agile environments, with an interest in expanding to other ITSM tools, Cloud, AIOps or Security.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience.
• Experience with integrations and data migration.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes.
• Ability to work in Agile delivery environments.
• An interest in expanding skills into other ITSM tools, Cloud, AIOps or Security.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow solutions across modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps).
• Configure workflows, UI policies, business rules, and integrations.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Lead technical delivery and support end-to-end implementations.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and development standards.
• Support integrations with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server).
• Troubleshoot issues and optimise platform performance.
• Collaborate with architects, stakeholders, and delivery teams.
