Qualifications

7+ years IT experience
5+ years hands-on ServiceNow development in enterprise environments
Experience with ITSM, HRSD, and integrations

Responsibilities

Design, configure, develop, test, deploy, and support ServiceNow solutions in line with architecture and standards.
Deliver enhancements across ITSM modules, workflows, and scripting components.
Design and implement integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and web services.
Configure HRSD capabilities including Employee Centre and HR Case Management.
Design and maintain Business Service Catalogue solutions, catalog items, approvals, and automation.
Analyse requirements and translate into scalable, secure solutions.
Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and communicate design decisions to stakeholders.
