Job summary

Rest is one of Australia’s largest profit-to-member super funds. We’re seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure and support the ServiceNow platform, partnering with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, efficient technical solutions.

You will lead development across workflows, integrations and automation, help shape coding standards and governance, and drive continuous improvement to deliver value for our members.

Qualifications

• ServiceNow CSA certification required.
• GRC IRM and/or HSRD or SAM/HAM certification knowledge preferred.
• Hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

Join us as a Senior ServiceNow Developer, where you’ll be responsible for the design, development, configuration, and ongoing support of the ServiceNow platform. This role works closely with platform stakeholders, process owners, and business users to understand requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient, and maintainable technical solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem. In this role, you’ll:

• Build and enhance ServiceNow solutions that support key business services.
• Lead technical development across workflows, integrations, APIs and automation.
• Turn complex requirements into secure, scalable platform solutions.
• Help shape ServiceNow development standards and technical governance.
• Solve complex platform issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate across product, business and technology teams to deliver great outcomes.

Must haves:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Servicenow Certified Implementation Specialist - GRC IRM and / or HSRD or SAM/HAM
• Additional certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, CIS ITSM, CIS TPRM, CIS BCM)

Required experience, understanding or credentials including:

• Demonstratedhands-on experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations.
• Experience in configuring ServiceNow modules such as (ITSM, HRSD, BCM, APO, ITOM etc.).
• Knowledge of data modelling, CMDB, and configuration management principles.
