Job summary

Peoplebank is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead development, enhancements and ongoing support of a complex ServiceNow environment for a Federal sector program in Sydney. Hybrid work: 2–3 days onsite and 2 days WFH.

Design, configure, test and deliver ServiceNow solutions and integrations, collaborating with stakeholders and mentoring junior developers to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience as ServiceNow developer.
• Strong ServiceNow administration background.
• ServiceNow certifications preferred.
• Federal Government or health/insurance industry experience a plus.
• Baseline security clearance or higher a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide development, administration, support and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform.
• Manage platform upgrades, releases, patches and enhancements across environments.
• Design, configure, test and support ServiceNow solutions, integrations and automation.

We are seeking a skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to play a key role in the development, enhancement, and ongoing support of a complex ServiceNow environment. This is an opportunity to lead technical initiatives, drive platform innovation, and deliver impactful solutions that improve business processes and user experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide development, administration, support, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring platform stability, performance, compliance, and effective incident and request management.
• Manage platform upgrades, releases, patches, and enhancements across multiple environments, following established SDLC and change management processes.
• Design, configure, test, and support ServiceNow solutions, integrations, and automation capabilities to meet business and operational requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, develop technical solutions, and deliver projects and enhancements successfully.
• Provide technical leadership, user support, and mentoring to development resources, ensuring effective resource allocation, governance, and delivery of platform initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5-10 Years’ experience as ServiceNow Developer
• ServiceNow Administration Background
• ServiceNow Certifications is preferred
• Federal, Government or Health/Insurance related industry experience is a plus
• Baseline Security Clearance or higher is a plus
