Job summary

Talent Street is recruiting a ServiceNow Developer for an initial contract from early October 2026 to end of June 2027, with a 12-month extension option. Based in Canberra, ACT, with hybrid working arrangements and options to work from Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane offices. Role supports ITSM, HRSD and CSM modules in a busy ICT division.

An active Negative Vetting Level 1 security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow development experience across ITSM, HRSD and CSM modules.
• Experience working in government or security-sensitive ICT environments preferred.
• Agile or hybrid delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Contribute across full development lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Collaborate within an agile delivery team to implement ServiceNow solutions.
• Provide post-implementation support and integration with ITSM/HRSD/CSM processes.

THE ROLE

Talent Street is recruiting a ServiceNow Developer for an initial contract running from early October 2026 to end of June 2027, with a 12-month extension option. Based in Canberra, ACT, with hybrid working arrangements available. This role is also available to candidates who can work out of Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane offices.

This role sits within a busy ICT division supporting enterprise-wide ServiceNow delivery.

Working within an agile delivery team at APS6 equivalent level, you'll contribute across the full development lifecycle — from requirements refinement and solution design through to build, testing, deployment and post-implementation support — across modules including ITSM, HRSD and CSM.

An already active Negative Vetting Level 1 security clearance is required.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• ServiceNow product certifications in ITSM, HRSD or CSM
