Job summary

Westpac Bank is seeking a Service Owner for Data Integration Platforms in Sydney to oversee operational support, reliability and continuous improvement of Informatica IICS, Sterling MFT, and related platform components.

The role serves as senior escalation authority, coordinating L2 and engineering teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to restore service and deliver sustainable resolutions with strong governance over incidents, changes and audits.

Qualifications

• Significant experience supporting enterprise data integration, managed file transfer or data integration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for operational support, reliability, service performance and continuous improvement of Data Integration Platforms portfolio.
• Acts as primary technical and operational escalation point for complex issues and coordinates L2 teams, suppliers and stakeholders to restore service.
• Provides governance over incidents, problems, changes, vulnerabilities, audit actions, and supplier performance.
