Job summary

Qualifications

• Engineering or trades qualification; Electrical license a plus.
• Minimum 5 years supervising teams in lift, construction, service or trades environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder liaison skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct all Service and Repair Field employees.
• Coach and train teams to meet safety KPIs and business objectives.
• Act as Duty Supervisor on a roster basis to support night calls and emergencies.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with internal teams, customers, and inspectors.
• Ensure delivery of services in line with procedures and legislative requirements.
• Partner with Sales to exceed customer expectations.
• Audit service quality and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage workload peaks by taking on additional territory as needed.
