Job summary

Otis Perth is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead the Service, Maintenance and Repair field team across Western Australia. You will supervise trades-based staff, coach for safety, and partner with Sales to exceed customer expectations.

Strong communication, planning, and drive are essential for success. Role requires 5+ years in supervisory roles within lift/industrial trades, engineering qualifications, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Engineering or related field qualifications or trade certs.
• Electrical license is an added advantage.
• Supervisory certificate such as Front-Line Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct all Service and Repair Field employees.
• Deliver safety and field coaching/training to teams to meet KPIs and objectives.
• Roster-based Duty Supervisor to support night calls and interstate dispatch.
• Maintain relationships with internal/external stakeholders including inspectors.
• Ensure procedures comply with business and legislative requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales to meet/exceed customer expectations.
• Validate service quality via audits and audit findings actions.
• Take on extra Units/territory to cover workload peaks.
