Job summary

CTS People is seeking a Senior Service Advisor in Fremantle to lead customer service operations in a busy heavy vehicle workshop. You will be the central point of contact for customers, ensuring coordination between the workshop and clients, while interpreting technical issues and service needs.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, strong organizational skills, and a technical understanding of heavy vehicle servicing. The role offers a competitive salary package of up to $160,000 and relocation support for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Service Advisor or similar workshop role.
• Experience in trucks, heavy diesel or OEM dealership environment is highly regarded.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
