Core Talent is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead a key commercial portfolio across Sydney. You will oversee electrical maintenance across 20+ multi-storey office buildings, managing a team of five technicians and driving service quality, client relationships and performance.

Qualifications

• Electrical Trade Qualification required.
• Strong knowledge of commercial electrical maintenance environments.
• Experience managing commercial maintenance contracts or major client accounts.
• Proven ability to lead technicians or field-based service teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Commercially minded with a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with key commercial clients.
• Oversee service delivery across a portfolio of commercial office buildings.
• Lead, mentor and support a team of five Electrical Technicians.
• Coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with relevant electrical and safety standards.
• Monitor contract performance, service quality and client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for additional works and account growth.
• Work closely with senior leadership to support business expansion initiatives.
