Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Senior Field Service Technician – Security for Long Bay Correctional Precinct, NSW. The role focuses on delivering high-quality service, coordinating with subcontractors, liaising with clients, and minimising downtime through expert technical support.

The position requires experience with security systems, control equipment, and software configurations, plus willingness for on-call duties and to obtain NSW Corrections Security clearance.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with security systems and control equipment preferred.
• Willingness to be on call/roster as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage workload effectively, improve processes, oversee subcontractors, verify work, liaise with clients, elevate issues, and collaborate with Honeywell teams to ensure high-quality service
• Manage the ESS Preventative Maintenance Program: planning, scheduling, coordination, reporting, compliance
• Software configuration of EBI, DVM, ECAS, CCTV, IP Intercoms, and DDC control equipment
• Experience with control systems and DVM/EBI products in BMS and security systems
• System troubleshooting, fault finding and problem diagnosis
• Some on-call/roster work is required for this role
• Ability to obtain NSW Corrections Security clearance
