Honeywell International Inc in Sydney, NSW, is seeking a Senior Field Service Technician – Security to support Long Bay Correctional Precinct. You will perform service and maintenance on Honeywell and third-party equipment, diagnose faults, and coordinate with clients to minimise downtime.

This role requires strong communication, experience with security and BMS systems, and the ability to obtain NSW Corrections Security clearance. Some on-call work is required, and you may manage subcontractors.

Responsabilités

• Day-to-day service and maintenance of Honeywell and third-party equipment
• Manage workload effectively, improve processes, oversee subcontractors, verify work, liaise with clients, escalate issues, and collaborate with Honeywell teams to ensure high-quality service
• Diagnoses faults and repairs on Security/BMS head end systems
• Manage the ESS Preventative Maintenance Program, including planning, scheduling, coordination, reporting, compliance monitoring
• Software configuration of EBI, DVM, ECAS, CCTV, IP Intercoms, and DDC control equipment
• Experience with control systems and DVM/ EBI products in BMS and security systems
• Proven experience in system troubleshooting, fault finding and problem diagnosis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Some on call/roster work is required for this role
• Ability to obtain NSW Corrections Security clearance

The Senior Field Service Technician supports team members in delivering high-quality service at Long Bay Prison & Forensic Hospital, enhancing customer satisfaction and minimising downtime through exceptional technical support.

• Day-to-day service and maintenance of Honeywell and third-party equipment
• Manage workload effectively, improve processes, oversee subcontractors, verify work, liaise with clients, **escalate** issues, and collaborate with Honeywell teams to ensure high-quality service

• Manage the Electronic Security Services (ESS) Preventative Maintenance Program, including planning, scheduling, coordination, reporting, compliance monitoring
