Job summary

Perpetual Corporate Trust is seeking a Senior Securitisation Trust Analyst to manage a portfolio of securitisation clients and support daily, weekly and monthly Trust Management operations in Australia. You will prepare reports, reconciliations and settlement instructions while ensuring contractual obligations and high service standards.

The role collaborates with investors, accountants and auditors, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and training within the team.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in the securitisation industry.
A relevant tertiary qualification in business, accounting, economics, finance or related discipline.
Strong client management skills and the ability to respond promptly to queries.

Responsibilities

Manage an allocated portfolio of securitisation Trust Management clients.
Prepare monthly trust manager reports, payment instructions and notices in line with trust documentation.
Review and execute settlement requests and payment instructions to support funding requirements.
Monitor trust covenants and portfolio parameters; ensure contractual obligations are met.
Collaborate with clients, investors, accountants and auditors to resolve queries.
