Job summary

Perpetual Corporate Trust in Sydney is seeking a Junior Securitisation Trust Analyst to support trust management services in Australia’s securitisation market. You will work with clients, investors and transaction stakeholders, delivering accurate, timely trust calculations and reconciliations while learning from experienced colleagues.

This role offers exposure to complex securitisation structures, a collaborative team, and opportunities to develop technical financial services expertise.

Responsibilities

• Prepare trust calculations, reporting, payment instructions and transaction notices in line with trust documentation.
• Complete and maintain bank account and trust reconciliations.
• Review and process settlement requests and payment instructions to support funding activities.
• Monitor trust covenants, portfolio parameters and trigger events across client transactions.
• Respond to client and investor enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Support the management of aged debtors and accruals.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the team’s operational goals.
