The Department of Education and Training Victoria is seeking a Senior Secondary Coordination and Delivery professional to join the Curriculum Division in Melbourne. Responsabilidades

• Provide program and administrative support for the development, implementation, review and continuous improvement of VCE, VPC and VCE VET priorities for senior secondary students.
• Prepare written communications, including briefings, correspondence and draft guidance materials for stakeholders.
• Respond to phone and email enquiries, providing accurate and timely advice on routine matters and escalating more complex issues where required.
• Maintain and update webpage content and other communication materials to ensure information is accurate and current.
• Coordinate events, meetings and professional learning activities to support stakeholder engagement and program implementation.
• Support the development of qualitative and quantitative data collection activities to inform programs of work across the unit.
• Liaise with schools, senior secondary providers, teachers, training providers and education authorities to support program delivery.
• This role may require work outside standard business hours during peak operational periods to meet business requirements.
• Work collaboratively across the unit to support consistent practice and high-quality service delivery within established policies and procedures.
• Quality assure documentation for provision to executives and stakeholders.
• Maintain records in accordance with organisational requirements to enable and support efficiency and team workflow.
