Lead and manage a high-performing team to deliver high-quality services, with budget, resourcing and people management responsibilities.
Provide leadership in a dynamic environment by responding flexibly to shifting priorities and ensuring delivery within tight timeframes.
Build and maintain respectful, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared outcomes.
Provide authoritative analysis and expert advice to support evidence-based decision-making for management, Board and external stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement by addressing emerging strategic issues and ensuring alignment with legislation and organisational requirements.
