Qualifications

• Bookkeeping qualifications or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with TechnologyOne or similar enterprise financial software is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle financial transactions from purchasing to reconciliation.
• Facilitate collection of school fees.
• Contribute to a range of administrative processes including enrolments and student services.
• Assist the Business Manager with budgeting and forecasting as needed.
• Support front-of-house duties, creating a welcoming environment for students and families.
• Manage Compass and Employee Connect systems as part of routine administration.
