Qualifications

• Diploma in Finance or related field required.
• Experience with accounts payable/receivable and general financial processes.
• Knowledge of financial legislation, BAS reporting and compliance.
• Leadership experience supervising support staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and timely accounting records.
• Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and financial reporting processes.
• Support end-of-month, end-of-year and BAS reporting.
• Process College fees and levies; respond to finance queries from staff and families.
• Maintain asset registers and project financial records.
• Support the Business Manager with financial operations.
