Job summary

Firmus Technologies in Canberra, ACT, is seeking a skilled Schedule Controller to lead Integrated Master Schedules across our data centre portfolio. You will use Primavera P6/Oracle Primavera Cloud to integrate cross-team activities, monitor progress and deliver executive-ready schedule insights.

Qualifications

• Experience in creating and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules.
• Proficiency with CPM analysis and critical path scheduling.
• Ability to generate clear schedule insights for PMO governance and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and maintain master schedules across data centre portfolio.
• Integrate programmes from design, procurement, construction, testing and handover into MIS.
• Conduct CPM analysis and identify schedule risks and dependencies.
• Produce schedule variance, milestone and forecast reports for PMO leadership.
• Maintain baselines and change records; support dashboards and executive reporting.
