Job summary

Firmus Technologies in Australia is seeking a Senior PMO Scheduler to manage and maintain Integrated Master Schedules across our data centre portfolio using Primavera P6 or Oracle Primavera Cloud. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams and ensure schedule integrity and timely delivery.

Based in Hume, ACT, this permanent full‑time role reports to the PMO Lead. We value hands‑on problem solving, strong communication, and a pragmatic approach to project controls within a fast‑growing AI

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and maintain Integrated Master Schedules across Firmus data centre portfolio using Primavera P6 or Oracle Primavera Cloud.
• Integrate programmes from various teams into the MIS programme and ensure logic, milestones and critical path integrity.
• Monitor progress and provide variance, milestone and forecast reporting to PMO and project leadership.
• Analyse programme changes, delays and emerging events and assess recovery/mitigation options.
• Maintain baselines, revisions and change records per PMO controls and change management requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and maintain Integrated Master Schedules across Firmus data centre portfolio using Primavera P6 or Oracle Primavera Cloud.
• Integrate programs from various teams; design, LLE & procurement, authority & construction, test & commissioning, and customer handover/RFS activities into the overall MIS programme.
• Review and challenge contractor and consultant submitted programmes, ensuring appropriate logic, sequencing, calendars, constraints, milestones and critical path integrity.
• Perform Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis and near critical path reviews to identify schedule risks, dependencies and interfaces.
• Monitor progress against approved baselines and provide schedule variance, milestone and forecast reporting to the PMO and project leadership.
• Analyse programme changes, delays and emerging events, including their impact on RFS, contractual and key project milestones.
• Ability to assess and develop recovery and mitigation programmes with project teams and contractors to protect critical delivery dates.
• Maintain schedule baselines, revisions and change records in accordance with Firmus PMO programme controls and change management requirements.
• Support maintenance and program integration with PMO interactive dashboards, monthly progress (MPR) and executive reporting.
• Facilitate programme reviews and coordination workshops
• Prepare clear programme analysis and schedule insights for project reviews, PMO governance, executive, client and investor reporting.
• Support continuous improvement and standardisation of Firmus planning, scheduling and project controls processes.
