Job summary

Granite Group in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Primavera P6 Programmer / Scheduler to join its central PMO and provide scheduling support across a portfolio of complex projects.

You will develop, maintain and resource-load robust programmes, produce progress reporting and Power BI dashboards, and work closely with project teams and contractors to align programmes with contractual requirements and commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Primavera P6 experience with resource-loaded programming.
• Experience delivering schedules across multiple concurrent projects.
• Ability to develop robust programmes with clear baselines and lookahead.
• Strong reporting skills using P6 data and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update and maintain Primavera P6 programmes across projects.
• Build and manage resource-loaded schedules with accurate forecasting.
• Establish EPS, OBS, WBS and activity coding structures.
• Produce programme reporting and Power BI dashboards from P6 data.
• Manage baselines, progress updates and rolling lookahead.
• Monitor critical paths, logic, milestones and schedule performance.
• Ensure evidence for EOT and variation claims is clear and defensible.
• Collaborate with PMs, commercial teams and contractors to align programmes.
