Job summary

Firmus Technologies in Australia is seeking a Senior PMO Scheduler to manage and maintain Integrated Master Schedules across our data centre portfolio using Primavera P6 or Oracle Primavera Cloud. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams and ensure schedule integrity and timely delivery.

Based in Hume, ACT, this permanent full‑time role reports to the PMO Lead. We value hands‑on problem solving, strong communication, and a pragmatic approach to project controls within a fast‑growing AI

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in project scheduling and PMO reporting.
Strong understanding of CPM and schedule risk management.
Effective communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop, manage and maintain Integrated Master Schedules across Firmus data centre portfolio using Primavera P6 or Oracle Primavera Cloud.
Integrate programmes from various teams into the MIS programme and ensure logic, milestones and critical path integrity.
Monitor progress and provide variance, milestone and forecast reporting to PMO and project leadership.
Analyse programme changes, delays and emerging events and assess recovery/mitigation options.
Maintain baselines, revisions and change records per PMO controls and change management requirements.
