You will troubleshoot, mentor juniors, and contribute to documentation and adherence to CMmi standards, ensuring alignment with client requirements and operational guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of SCCM for deployment and management.
• Experience troubleshooting in a support environment.
• Knowledge of Cmmi documentation standards and client requirements.
• Experience in client support and ticket resolution processes.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and enhance SCCM features by troubleshooting bugs and ad-hoc requests.
• Provide client support by analyzing data, resolving tickets, and monitoring client needs for timely delivery.
• Create and enhance documentation for Cmmi and client requirements, streamlining processes and ensuring compliance with operational guidelines.
• Offer technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers in SCCM practices to enhance team capabilities.
