XPT Software is seeking an experienced Senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Technical Consultant to support New Zealand payroll operations and broader geographies as required. The role focuses on payroll stability, compliance, production operations, and SAP SuccessFactors health in a complex enterprise environment.

The ideal candidate will be an ECP specialist with deep NZ payroll knowledge, hands-on configuration, data integrity and production support.

Qualifications

Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) configuration and support.
Strong knowledge of New Zealand payroll operations and compliance.
Experience supporting complex payroll ecosystems with data integrity and regulatory controls.
Experience with ECP transports, production change support and data integrity management.
Proficient ABAP debugging and issue resolution for payroll/integration.

Responsibilities

Act as the subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors ECP with NZ payroll focus.
Maintain and support production and standby SAP HCM environments, ensuring stability.
Support payroll processing activities, data integrity, transports, and issue resolution.
Collaborate with global teams while keeping NZ payroll requirements locally accountable.
Provide on-call or out-of-hours support during critical payroll periods.
