Job summary

The Probe Group in Melbourne is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer – Salesforce (Client-Facing Solution Lead) to bridge hands-on technical architecture with commercial client engagement. You will work directly with clients to shape scopes, deliver rapid prototypes, and drive live deployments across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agent Force.

The role demands senior Salesforce mastery, experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, API integrations, and middleware like MuleSoft.

Qualifications

Extensive experience delivering Salesforce solutions in a hands-on technical capacity.
Strong Apex, LWC and Flow design skills.
Experience with API integrations and middleware.
Ability to work directly with client stakeholders at all levels and lead pre-sales or discovery conversations.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery and pre-sales demonstrations with executives and operational owners.
Deliver rapid prototyping and live delivery inside client environments.
Architect and build across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agent force using Apex, LWC, and Flows.
Architect and deliver robust integrations with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft).
Maintain autonomy and ownership from design through adoption on client premises in Melbourne/Sydney.
