Job summary

Probe CX seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer – Salesforce (Client-Facing Solution Lead) to bridge hands-on technical delivery and strategic client engagement. You will lead discovery workshops, translate ambiguous problems into concrete Salesforce solutions, and drive pre-sales conversations on-site in Melbourne or Sydney.

Role focuses on delivering production-grade Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud, leveraging Apex, LWC, and Flow, with robust REST/SOAP

Qualifications

• Senior Salesforce experience with hands-on technical delivery.
• Deep competence in Apex, LWC, and Flow design.
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders and lead pre-sales or discovery conversations.
• Strong enterprise integration knowledge (REST/SOAP, middleware).
• Ability to own delivery from design to adoption on client premises.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery sessions and drive pre-sales demos.
• Deliver production-grade Salesforce solutions on client premises.
• Design, configure, and code across Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Agent force).
• Build robust integrations with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft).
• Maintain client trust, protect margins, and ensure timely delivery.
