Job summary

Kong is scaling rapidly and seeks a Sr Sales Recruiter to own hiring strategy for Enterprise and Commercial AEs and sales leaders in APAC. You will audit candidates for deal mechanics and DNA to close six-figure deals in a fast-paced scale-up environment.

You will partner with APAC Sales Leaders, run deep-dive competency interviews, and build a pipeline of elite sales talent, mapping competitor organisations and running targeted headhunting campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience applying MEDDIC framework to assess sales candidates.
• Ability to evaluate top 1% sales talent and build pipelines.
• Strong stakeholder alignment with regional sales leaders.
• Proven interview rigor and closing strategy knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Go beyond resumes to assess deal mechanics and decision makers.
• Strategic sourcing and targeted headhunting for Enterprise & Commercial AEs.
• Partner with APAC Sales Leaders to define what good looks like.
• Drive a rigorous interview process balancing speed and quality.
