Klaviyo is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our Sydney Office and partner with go-to-market teams across APAC. You will own the full lifecycle of recruiting, from sourcing to offers, while maintaining an outstanding candidate experience and leveraging data to optimize processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience supporting high-growth or scaling sales teams.
• Deeply people-centric, empathetic, and relationship-driven.
• Data-informed with strong ownership and accountability.
• Early adopter of AI and new recruiting tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the recruiting process from sourcing to closing offers, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
• Leverage analytics to improve the hiring process and productivity.
• Build lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers across the org.
• Act as an ambassador for Klaviyo in events, outreach, and social channels.
• Support growth across APAC GTM teams and collaborate with regional leaders.
