Job summary

Boral Asphalt is seeking an experienced Sales & Estimating Manager to lead our NSW team from Seven Hills, NSW. You will shape strategy, strengthen market position and drive profitability across civil construction and infrastructure projects.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage Estimators and Key Account Managers, guide tendering, pricing and contract negotiations, and collaborate with Operations to optimize supply chain and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading sales and estimating teams.
• Strong background in construction, infrastructure, asphalt, or civil contracting environments.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to strategic planning and performance across the NSW business.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen Boral's competitive position and win new work.
• Lead a team of Estimators and Key Account Managers to secure major projects.
• Oversee tender submissions, EOIs, and contract negotiations.
• Ensure tender estimates are accurate and aligned with project costs and margins.
